Parallel Twin screw Extruder
The Parallel co rotating twin screw extruder core section is composed of parallel type cylinder and two screws which mesh each other.It also has drive system, control system, feeding system, and to form a kind of special extruding, granulating and shaping processing equipment.
The screw stem and cylinder adopt building block structure design principle to change the length of the barrel, choose different screw stem parts to assemble the screw according to material characteristics to obtain the best process conditions and the most effective method to realize the product requirements and output requirements.

2. TDS series basic twin-screw extruder has excellent performance and high reliability. At the same time, it has flexible expansibility. According to the needs of users, it can be equipped with water-cooled brace, air-cooled and hot granulation, water ring hot cutting, underwater granulation system, etc. It is an ideal choice for granulation manufacturers.TDS series extruder adopts the conventional torque transmission box designed by CHOOSHIN R & D team and is equipped with bearings produced by NSK in Japan. The barrel and screw parts are processed by CNC, and the main electrical components are joint-venture products. The equipment can also be controlled by PLC and touch screen according to the requirements of users.

CWT series high torque twin screw extruder adopts a new design and is equipped with multiple safety protection measures. The specific torque of the transmission box reaches 11-15, which has reached the mainstream level in Europe. According to user requirements, CWT series extrusion stage can also be equipped with torque monitoring system, so as to have better safety performance.Higher torque means that the equipment has stronger processing capacity, so as to obtain greater output and lower extrusion temperature
