Single screw extruder Single screw extruder can be used independently or with twin screw as a double step machine to complete more complex mixing tasks.Single screw equipment can also be used with underwater pelleting system or plate/sheet production auxiliary machine.In some complicated working conditions, it is necessary to use the combination of twin screw and single screw for double step machine (such as PVC extrusion or cable extrusion). In two-stage machines, twin screws focus on mixing, while single screws are used to establish pressure extrusion, which has a higher extrusion pressure, as well as a lower extrusion temperature than a single twin screw or single screw extrusion.Higher extrusion pressure can meet the extrusion requirements of plate/sheet. Underwater granulation system
A full range of subsea pelleting systems are available, ranging from 10kg/Hr for the smallest experimental model to 3000kg/Hr for the largest production model. The underwater pelleting system has a good performance in many fields such as hot melt adhesive extrusion and granulation, polymer blending extrusion, POE graft granulation, elastomer reactive extrusion and blending extrusion, plastic recovery granulation and so on.
